Festival of Democracy

The Festival of Democracy which is organized by the Forum 2000 Foundation with the Linhart Foundation as the event´s principal partner, was topped off by a Festival Monday, in Prague´s Václav havel Square, on 9 October, 2017. Apart from presentations of three dozen not-for-profit organizations, the programme included a musical production sponsored by our Foundation, with artists and bands including The Turpentine Ray (US/UK/CZ), Johannes Benz (CZ), Ille (CZ), Justin Lavash (UK), plus the Cuban dissident outfit Porno para Ricardo. Also on view was an exclusive exhibition of photographs documenting the life and teachings of His Holiness the 14^th Dalai Lama which the Foundation obtained on loan from the Tibet Museum in Dharamsala, India.
